Previously served as Secretary and Section Chief for the Zhoushan Municipal Government of Zhejiang Province, Deputy Director of the Provincial Commission of Commerce and Trade, Director and General Manager of Hong Kong Xingzhou Co., Ltd. Oversees the Group’s administrative affairs, human resources, external communications, and public relations, and is responsible for coordinating major matters acro.

Group Vice President and Executive Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Dongjin Wanhe New Energy Co., Ltd. Graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology with a double degree in International Economics and Trade and Business Administration. Has been employed by the company since 2004, successively serving as Manager of the Trade Management Department and Operations Director, and has successfully managed the import and export of dozens of vessels. Oversees the Group’s Market Information Department, Operations Department, and Contract Management Department, as well as the day-to-day operations of Shanghai Dongjin Wanhe New Energy Co., Ltd.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Graduated from Nanjing University with a major in Financial Accounting; holds the title of Senior Accountant. Previously served as Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the finance branch of large state-owned and private group corporations under ministerial jurisdiction. Has extensive experience in fiscal and tax affairs, financial accounting, and finance, with rich practical expertise in corporate financial management, investment, and financing. Oversees the Group’s financial matters.

Group Vice President and General Manager of Shanghai Juzhou Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Eshiptrading.com; Technical Director of Shanghai Jiuhe Ship Import & Export Co., Ltd. Graduated from Zhejiang Maritime College with a major in Shipbuilding and Repair; completed a training program at Japanese Tsuneishi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Previously served as Assistant General Manager of Zhejiang Shenzhou Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and Vice General Manager of Production at Zhoushan Penglai Shipbuilding & Repair Co., Ltd. Responsible for ship e-commerce, shipbuilding design, supervision, technical management, and technical oversight of ship trading.

She graduated as an English major for international trade. She took the post of foreign trade manager in foreign-invested electric device companies before entering JiuHe in 2006. She obtained the broker certificate and has been handling foreign trade contracts for over 20 units of vessels on average per year. She has rich experience in contract handling and risk control thereof.
