Dry Cargo Carrier Trading Dept.

Main types of vessels traded: bulk carrier, general cargo vessel, timber carrier, bullk and container carrier, container ship, car/passenger ship, PCTC, cement carrier, reefer vessel, etc.

Liquid Cargo Carrier Trading Dept.

Main types of vessels traded: crude oil tanker, product oil tanker (gasoline / diesel), heavy oil tanker, asphalt ship, chemical tanker, LPG carrier, LNG Carrier, etc.

Offshore Work Ship Trading Dept.

Main types of vessels traded: bulk carrier, general cargo vessel, timber carrier, bullk and container carrier, container ship, car/passenger ship, PCTC, cement carrier, reefer vessel, etc.

Ship Trading Dept.

Responsible for conducting trade business involving second-hand, newly built, and scrap vessels through proprietary operations, joint ventures, agency services, brokerage, and leasing.

Zhoushan Trading Dept.

Responsible for conducting trade activities—such as proprietary trading, joint ventures, agency services, brokerage, and leasing—of various vessels (including second-hand, newly built, and scrap ships), primarily in the Zhejiang region.

Market Information Dept.

A comprehensive management department fully responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing domestic and international customer information, as well as collecting, organizing, and analyzing vessel-related information. It regularly or irregularly organizes communication and liaison activities with customers, based on the actual status of business cooperation and development between the company and its customers. It also leads the company’s participation in or collaboration on various business exhibitions and conferences.

Operation Management Dept.

A comprehensive management department fully responsible for all trade business operations of the company. It oversees, at the macro level, the policies and regulations issued by the Chinese government and relevant authorities concerning the current status and development of the shipbuilding industry; and, at the micro level, formulates and standardizes internal company policies, regulations, and specific operational procedures and methods related to trade business activities.

Finance Dept.

In accordance with the state’s relevant financial regulations and systems, and in light of the company’s overall development strategy and management requirements, establish and improve financial management rules and regulations for both the headquarters and its subsidiaries, supervise their implementation, conduct follow-up inspections, ensure enforcement, and continuously refine these systems. Maintain an overall grasp of the company’s financial status, identify financial risks, and ensure the safe operation of business activities. Assume responsibility for managing all routine financial matters—including funds, assets, revenue, costs, expenses, and taxation—for both the headquarters and its subsidiaries.

Admin. Dept.

Responsible for administrative management of the company’s headquarters, its subsidiaries, and overseas entities. In alignment with the company’s business development needs, diligently carry out daily administrative tasks, including document processing, meeting organization, and other operational matters.

HR Dpat.

Responsible for human resources management of the company’s headquarters, its subsidiaries, and overseas entities. In accordance with the company’s business development plans and requirements, promptly formulate corresponding human resources plans.

Transaction Services Dept.

Comprehensively responsible for liaising, communicating, and engaging with overseas users regarding their transaction requirements—centered on the website’s functionalities, vessel products, and user needs—to facilitate vessel sales and deliver related services. Promote and market the website internationally through vessel bidding, agency auctions, and other business activities, while collecting international users’ feedback and suggestions on their experience using the website.

Operations Management Dept.

Responsible for the operational management of the platform, including formulating and implementing overall strategies and plans for market promotion, event planning, channel development, and transaction services; coordinating and leading the website operations team to collaborate effectively with various departments across the group; and achieving all business targets assigned by the group.

Ship Resources Dept.

Fully responsible for all vessel sales and purchase information uploaded to the company’s online platform by the Vessel Resources Department; collecting various vessel sales listings and purchase requests; handling payment procedures following paid vessel transactions; conducting on-site inspections required for vessel transactions; and promoting the internet platform.
