On December 18, 2025, Yu Xufeng, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shanghai Trading Group Co., Ltd., led a delegation to conduct an inspection and research visit to Shanghai Jiuhe Marine Group.

Yu Jianzhen, founder of Shanghai Jiuhe Marine Group, extended a warm welcome to Chairman Yu Xufeng and his delegation, and provided a detailed introduction to the group’s development. He noted that Jiuhe Marine Group focuses on four core business areas: ship trading, energy trading, maritime transportation, and ship e-commerce. It is a leading domestic foreign trade enterprise specializing in the import and export of both second-hand and newly built vessels. Over its more than 30 years of operation, the group has cultivated deep expertise in ship trading and independently developed the “Dianchuan.com” platform—a digital trading ecosystem designed to deliver “convenience, professionalism, efficiency, and security” for global maritime stakeholders. The platform actively contributes to enhancing Shanghai’s capacity as an international shipping center to aggregate and allocate global resources. Yu expressed his anticipation for closer communication and extensive collaboration with Shanghai Trading Group in relevant fields.
Chairman Yu Xufeng stated that Shanghai Trading Group positions itself to serve national strategies and major municipal tasks in Shanghai, focusing on two key client segments—central and state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and specialized, sophisticated, and innovative enterprises (“Zhuan Jing Te Xin”). The Group has established a robust “trading + services” business system, committed to “discovering value through trading and creating value through services” to meet diversified service needs of market participants. He expressed hope that this inspection and research visit would serve as a catalyst to deepen cooperation with Jiuhe Shipbuilding Group and jointly make greater contributions to the development of Shanghai’s international shipping center.
