JiuHe held its 2015 annual meeting at Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel at 3 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2016, with all the staff of JiuHe and of its subordinate companies participating.
Persons in charge respectively concluded the work for the past year, analyzed problems and difficulties encountered, and put forward plans and goals for the year 2016.
The head of the administration & HR department gave feedbacks on each employee's performance in 2015 and made an analysis of JiuHe's manpower resource.
At the meeting, JiuHe's Chairman Jason Yu focused on "one goal, four major tasks, and three requirements" in his inspiring speech. One goal indicates key performance indicators for JiuHe. Jason takes the task of nurturing and introducing talents as the priority. The core of three requirements lies in the expectation of constant improvement of various working skills from the staff.
Outstanding employees received rewards at the evening party. Exchanging gifts among employees brought laughter and surprises.
All the staff firmly believe that JiuHe will realize new achievements in 2016 under the leadership of the management and the concerted efforts of all of us.
